Room large and comfortable including the bed and pillows with cotton sheets. Cooling and fan unit quiet and efficient. Heater in the bathroom! and bathtub!. Pool and Hot tub in service. Plenty of parking. Window opened a little for air. ALL PERFECT for a good nights sleep. I Love Comfort Inn's. Santa Fe trips = stay at Comfort Inn. Check in girl at the desk, young on a personal call via her headset the entire check in. Sigh. The times.

Our room smelled of stinky feet as soon as we walked in. I killed a roach in the bathroom and my son had to get rid of a spider in the bathtub. This place is way over priced to have been so dirty and outdated. The breakfast was just ok. It is your basic continental breakfast, but we didn’t eat because we couldn’t wait to get out of there. The young man at check-in was very kind and professional.

The room was never cleaned during our stay. There was no conditioner and when we told the front desk all they did was put a new bottle inside the door. Ice machine did not work and when we said something we were told it was just cleaned and will take a while. We stayed 3 nights and it never worked. We were given bottled water when asking for the water machine. Breakfast bar had good choices. The overall appearance of the hotel was worn down. Certainly did not look like the pictures on the website.
