This was our second time staying here as it is such a perfect hotel, went with our 14 year old daughter and it was an amazing stay. The pool is beautiful, the location is great, staff very welcoming and the rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The spa is a nice addition too - as is the breakfast. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel, walking distance into Santa Eulalia. Plenty of car parking. Excellent breakfast, we didn't eat there in the evenings but likely that the food is also good then too. Pleasant and professional staff, great facilities.

Hotel had just opened after the winter break, everything was clean and tidy. There weren't many guests this weekend and staff were finding their way around. All the staff we came into contact with were very good. great hotel and great location would always look this hotel up if we return to this area.

This hotel was really nice, very clean and had great views of the surrounding area and sea. The Breakfast was lovely and had a great level of choice. The pool is a great size and very clean. The hotels location is pretty good and only a 5/10 min walk from the centre. The hotel staff were nice, however I would say they weren’t as attentive as other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. I would recommend ironing your clothing and pack well as their iron they lend you is useless to say the least as it’s not a steam iron. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a great base to stay in Ibiza and would visit again!!!

Lovely Hotel

This is a lovely hotel situated a short walk away from the main town. The pool is big with lots of loungers and a nice cafe for light food and drinks, perfect.

Great stay

We stayed 8 nights in this great resort and we enjoyed every bot of it. Great facility, relatively new, friendly, attentive and helpful staff. The location is great too, close to the Santa Eularia passageway and the beach. Highly recommended and will definitely come back

We enjoyed a great 4 night stay. Good location and only a short walk to the beachfront with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay here and will certainly return. The hotel is old school grand and in a great location next to the sea and a short walk to many good bars and restaurants. The staff are amazing, super attentive and always on hand to help. One minor quibble is that the quality of products used at breakfast is not in keeping with everything else about the stay.

What an amazing stay we’ve just had, we were absolutely over the moon on arrival when we’re shown to our room to realise we had been upgraded to the Presidencial suite. We enjoyed an afternoon in the spa during our stay which was lovely. All the staff are impeccably polite and helpful. Thank you so much, we will be back again soon.

10/10. I honestly can’t fault the hotel at all. We had the most amazing 5 day break last week and we will definitely be back. Perfect walking distance to the marina with lots of food options. Beautiful beach and clear sea a stones throw away and really reasonably priced sun loungers to rent. If you’re hesitating booking the do it, you won’t regret it!

Found all areas clean. Staff very welcoming however on leaving we were advised a courtesy room would be available as we were not leaving until 1630 hours. We did ask if this needed to be booked but advised no. When approached reception to check use of courtesy room advised not available and could use shower in lower area where toilets were. This was just a shower no hairdryer and actual changing facilities. We had to approach spa to see if we could use facilities in there. As hotel is due to close this coming weekend could not understand why a room was not available. If we had known no courtesy room available we would have planned our day differently
