Had no issues with the hotel, very clean, plenty of space around all the pools and good choice of food and drink. Just be mindful that the hotel is not all inclusive as Expedia has advertised. Whether that’s changed on the site yet is still to be established. Can’t fault the hotel and would return.

We stayed in the 4 star apart hotel part of the complex (some are classed as 3 star). Our room was described as premium pool view but was quite dated I think some of the rooms have had a full refurb so would be better. In saying that it was clean, the shower was powerful and the apartment had everything you needed. Plug points in the kitchen area were lacking. Daily maid service was great. Reception staff were extremely helpful. The rooftop pool felt very 4 star. We didn’t stay for the entertainment but the entertainer Jeffrey was v friendly . Quite a walk from town but bus stop near

The hotel is lovely and I’d recommend the premium apartments as they are modern and well fitted out. Ours was in the main reception block under the roof top pool and bar which is a must for adults! The best views and cheap drinks! The hotel is a bit of a walk from the centre but don’t let that put you off.

Our stay at Casa Luis was extremely disappointing and not as advertised. The first room had a foul, overwhelming odor and was not properly prepared for the three guests we had booked and paid for. We were eventually moved, only to find the second room was also not set up for three people. When we asked for help, the response was inadequate and added further frustration to an already difficult stay. The laundry machine smelled strongly of mildew, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and the bedding was thin and poor quality. The pillows were an unusual, uncomfortable foam. To make matters worse, a garbage truck arrived outside at approximately 3:45 a.m. every night, repeatedly disrupting our sleep. Parking costs €10 per day and is paid upfront, yet a parking space is not actually guaranteed. We repeatedly dealt with parking issues despite having paid for it. The positives: the property is conveniently located near a bus stop, and the air conditioning in the rooms worked well. Unfortunately, those few positives did not make up for the cleanliness, sleep, room-preparation, and parking issues. For the price and based on how the property was advertised, we expected a significantly better experience.

Hotel is extremely basic and stuck in the 90's. Fortunately we didn't spend much time there as we had a car. The location is good as a base with great accessibility to two large supermarkets, as well as a short walk to the marina. Rooms weren't great at all - you can probably just about get by making cereal and toast, anything more than this you'd be hard pushed. I'm confident you would have a better nights sleep if you were to bring a lilo, the beds are worse than what I'd expect to find in a prison. Staff were friendly and generally it was clean.
