Overall: 7.5/10 Pros: * Great breakfast and restaurants * Beautiful beach right next to the hotel * Two nice pools * Very clean * Fresh towels available anytime * Helpful reception staff * Special thanks to Marco, the supervisor, for the upgrade after several room changes Cons: * First room was not what we booked * Second room had a broken AC, which was very uncomfortable * Several room changes were quite stressful * Pools can get very crowded, making it hard to find a good sunbed * Check-in could include more information about hotel services * Personally, I did not like the spiritual/astrological artwork throughout the hotel — it made me feel uncomfortable Overall, a nice hotel with a great location and helpful staff, but the room issues affected our stay.

Very cute and nice staff by the pool. The reception and people around it was not bad but I felt it was a little bit strange when they closed the walk in to the restaurant all of a sudden the last day and would not let us pass even tho we had a little bit of time limit. It was ridiculous.. the room service was not working and over all the experience was drawn down due to the lack of service and attitude.

The hotel is lovely and on the sandy beautiful beach front. The surround area of the hotel is also beautiful with many restaurants option and things to do. Definitely recommend and would go again. Breakfast is also good and dinning options are great. Rooms are clean and stylish, love the hotel deco.
