Easy check in even though staff was off duty when I arrived, but Calvin emailed very clear instructions and was always quick to respond. Room was clean and comfortable- no frills but gas fireplace a plus. Only negative was that communal coffee/cappuccino machine was not working properly at 6:15 in the morning when I really needed a coffee so I had to wait until one around the corner opened! Great location

The staff upon arrival was extremely helpful and courteous. The property was fairly clean, but overall I was a bit disappointed with the room and the quality for the price. The pillows were terrible and the amenities were lacking for the money. No hair dryer even in the room. The room was small and lots of noise from the room above us. We payed over 100 dollars more to stay at this hotel from another one we had stayed before and sadly the other one was a way better option for the price. Very sad to say that was the case.
