Exquisite! What a beautiful hotel! Wish we were staying longer. Everything was impeccable and beautifully decorated. The architecture is amazing. Loved the location. The bed was super comfortable with fine linens, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Spacious luxurious room with a balcony. The restaurants were very nice as well. No need to leave the property if you just want to relax! Well done, La Bahia!! I hope to return soon!

We stayed at La Bahia for 3 nights and had a great experience! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and cozy, and the location is amazing with direct access to the beach. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. The only disappointment was the food from in-room dining and at Low Tide resturant, we really didn’t enjoy it, although the staff was very nice. High Tide restaurant, on the other hand, was excellent, with delicious food and great service and great view. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

I loved the entrance to the Hotel as well as the room. The Greeter and check in host were amazing. The Valet were very attentive at our arrival. The crew later in the evening as we returned from dinner was not so much. I had to call out their attention as my spouse awaited their service. But for the most part an amazing experience.

Gorgeous property! Brand new so extremely clean, very contemporary decor, and rooms are outfitted with current tech and Nespresso. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this property and when we come back to Santa Cruz will definitely book again.

Facilities were very well kept, room was immaculate and amenities were great. Spa was definitely nice to sit and stare out at the wharf. Highly recommend for the place to stay if you want a resort style hotel in Santa Cruz

The staff were very attentive to every request. The property was very clean and well maintained. My only gripe is that the hotel fragrance was a little too overpowering in the lobby.

Great snacks in room. Room service food was good. The drink at the bar didn't have much alcohol. Some others were obviously upset by the length of time and skill making their drinks. One thing that was annoying was after checkout they don't grant access to pool shower or bathroom. We wanted to rinse off after last day at beach. Also they don't rent out or provide umbrellas for beach. Other than that nice visit.

Great mid-week stay at La Bahia! Hotel is new and clean and rooms and amenities were very nice. Staff also incredibly helpful! Valet parking recommended even though it’s a bit steep at $50+ tax as parking downtown is a bit of a mess.

Excellent hotel, five start team and amenities. Feels like a true gem with amazing poolside service you don’t find often. Beds are amazing! Family friendly, walking distance to the boardwalk. Can’t wait to go back!
