We had an oceanfront balcony room We were blown away by the room and the amenities that were offered Everything about the hotel is new, fresh, beautiful The employees were excited to greet us and help us. As a local, we watched this prime Santa Cruz lot sit unused for many years. It's finally developed and they did an amazing job. This is a huge upgrade for Santa Cruz. There's nothing in town that competes. It's upscale without being tacky or pretentious. We stayed in their most basic room and it was still impressive. The pool area is sublime. It's a great addition to Santa Cruz!

This place is beautiful! The staff is extremely professional and very friendly. The only thing I can say that’s negative is that I didn’t stay there longer. Treat yourself this place is wonderful.
