The room was clean and comfortable. At my age, figuring out how to use the thermostat was awkward and we were cold. Upon our arrival, the shower didn't work and we were going to a wedding. For some reason the water hadn't been turned on. The restaurant was nothing to write home about. I think the hotel is short-staffed. I ordered steel-cut oats and they arrived cold -- I assume cause it was dished out while our table's food was cooking. Took a while to get a hot bowl and then they didn't bring the fruit that goes with it. I had to ask twice for the oatmeal condiments. Last, Expedia said it would be a certain price with required fees, however it was even more. $500 a night is pricey.
