My first choice of hotel when I come to Santa Cruz. Location is central, staff are friendly and professional, room is modern and clean with a good ensuite bathroom.

The hotel is in very good location. But is unaudited that they don’t have air conditioners! The room was a real stove! The fan didn’t help. No ice maker or bucket for ice. Too hot!!!

The hotel is basic a literally a room, reception is via another hotel a few doors up, convenient for shops and transport links. I made the mistake of assuming air conditioning was available but there isn’t any and it isn’t advertised as an amenity so the room was too hot for me. As a suggestion, a fan would be an option.

Not very environmental friendly

Tenerife informs about water shortage and the hotel gives instructions on how to indicate to cleaners that towels do not need to be changed. They change them anyway! Calle de Castillo right beneth the window is a pedestrian area but quite noisy at night. The room was clean and spacious though

Really clean and nice room. They supplied all the bathroom necessities and there was no smell. Really amazing deal but they dont have wifi which is really inconvenient since i had no reception from my room.

Good enough for a night stay but very disappointed with the hotel's policy / communication as we had asked for a baby cot, nobody confirmed or mentioned anything, so we always assumed it was confirmed. We came to know, upon arrival, that there are only 1 cot for the entire hotel and that one was taken already.

The best things about the hotel where the budget price and the central location. Unfortunatly the central location meant there was constant noise from the street; people, bars and street musicians. Every morning there was construction done from 07. At night the garbage trucks drove slowly beneath the window. Although this is not the hotels fault it still affected my stay. But what is the hotels fault is that the building is poorly isolated the badly constructed doors where slammed shut 99 % of the time. Some dampening isloation has to be put in place. If your neighbours phone vibrated it felt like it was your phone. I barely slept during my 10 day stay. I'd happily pay more on my next visit to Santa Cruz for some peace, quiet and sleep.

Für eine Städtereise mit kurzen Aufenthalten im Hotelzimmer gut. Morgens hat die Reinigungskraft um halb 7 immer kurz Lärm gemacht, sonst war es ruhig.

Billigt, lyhört och centralt

Centralt billigt hotell, men man får vad man betalar för, litet rum, dålig säng, städning sådär, glömde bädda en dag, tog två handukar, ersatte med en annan dag. Hål på badlakan och sängkläder och extremt lyhört. Va dessutom nyårsveckan med fest på torg o gatan utanför varje dag så omöjligt att sova. Personal i receptionen va väldigt trevliga så all gott till dom

Hotel céntrico, en plena calle Castillo. Para los q no conozcáis Santa Cruz de Tenerife, es la calle de las compras desde siempre. Además es una zona peatonal, así q no es ruidosa. Pero si vais con coche, hay un parking público muy cerca.
