Pleasant and helpful staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast and dinner were very good. It was a bit unfortunate that the restaurant closed on Wednesday, but we made use of the pizza place across the road instead. The rooms were nice, and we appreciated the shared balcony at the front of the hotel. The only thing we missed was a refrigerator in the room. All in all an excellent stay

We loved the common areas and the restaurant. The amazing breakfast options were a treat! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The room was small and hard to navigate with three pieces of luggage - we managed but never got to truly settle in because the storage was lacking. We had a triple room and my 14 year old was on a “bed” that was too small. Again, no major complaints for two night. Great location and we liked the amenities the hotel provided.

One of the best place to stay near Ortisei. Check in process was easy for after hours. Amenities provided by the hotel was great; drinking water, hot water and ice at the common lounge. Hotel provided free bus ticket for us to use which was great help if you are going to Ortisei centre for dinner and cable car. Also was great help if you are using buses for nearby areas.

Lovely

Usual Italian friendly welcome and service. Room was a bit warm due to the high temperatures throughout the day, but cooled down nicely for bedtime. Breakfast was excellent Restaurant was very good serving some local Ladin specialties that I had never seen. Bus tickets to Ortisei were much appreciated as the parking is €30 for 8hrs. Makes Seceda less of a hassle, because most of the parking spaces are full by 0900hrs
