Santa Barbara Urban Wine Trail Vacation Packages for 2026

The room here was extremely clean and maintained. However, there was a weird dampness everytime we came back, due to staff turning off AC. The weird dampness left us feeling oddly sick afterwards. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Specifically, the man working the front desk. Honestly, he was what made this review what it was. Breakfast is extremely limited where if you don’t want waffles, you’re completely out of luck. The worst offender was not having water at the station, so you would be forced to go downstairs and spend $2 per bottle, just to have breakfast. It felt almost like a scam for something that the majority of places would include. Parking isn’t outrageous at $15 per day, but BEWARE as exiting COMPLETELY SCAPED THE UNDERSIDE OF MY CAR, since the ramp was improperly made. It’s what prompted this review. I paid money for my car to be parked just for the exit to damage it. Genuinely, I wish I had taken a picture of the amount of scrapes of others paint there was. Would I recommend? If you had nowhere else and you weren’t driving there, I guess if there was no other option. You won’t have the worst time, but don’t expect good either.

Don't count on the breakfast. It is there but not that great. $500 a night is ridiculous, and I do not care how many hotels are doing it still does not make it right. It is all jacked up for summer and $2,500 for 5 days they still want $35 to park every day, plus San Diego liberal leaders tax act that they squander. To top it off they have convenient bottles of water for $3 each. It was a nice stay, but overall I felt ripped off and will be vacationing in Vietnam again like last year.

We arrived early knowing our room wouldn't be ready. We had to ring the desk bell twice to get someone to help us. Clerk said he'd call us when our room would be ready. Their luggage "storage" is behind the small front desk. It is often unguarded. We came back a little later and sat waiting for our room and it go to be the actual check in time and the room still wasn't ready. We had to specify NOT to be put in a room near construction. The pool was closed until 2pm that day. Our room was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator so we had to lift our heavy bags up narrow stairs. Our "deluxe" room was anything but. It was small, the bathroom was tiny with almost no counter space. The only good things were lots of towels and bath supplies. The tub had an old mat in it. When I went to the pool the next day there were no towels there so I asked front desk who said they send some down. I waited probably 20 minutes until I asked someone else and they were brought up. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Just a great overall experience. Location and the newly designed rooftop was a awesome addition.
