Super cute hotel. Walking distance to the beach. In a cute area where you can take a walk in any direction and see beautiful views. The hotel property is clean and has lots of outdoor seating to spend time outside to enjoy the weather.

NO AIR CONDITIONING. Showed up from a flight, no water no drinks available, night manager directed me to the hotel across the street. Negotiated a box fan to waft the 84 degree room temperature over my sweaty body. The beach is close, the kona coffe blend is delicious. Two box fans and a ceiling fan the 2nd night but all the windows open and dogs, people cursing and screaming. Good luck I just had a bad room location 115 by the pool lower level no air circulation.

The staff were great and very knowledgeable. The room was clean and came with toiletries. However, the property should clearly state in its listing that it does not have air conditioning so that guests are aware before booking and can decide if the accommodation meets their needs, especially during warmer weather.
