Unique hotel, southwest style. Very good reception. Good breakfast included. Room was clean and we even had a whole kitchen included. The only little thing was before getting our warm water from the shower it took a long time, lots of gallons of water waisted because of the waiting time. They have their own parking which is a must .

We chose this hotel very last minute and we found a hidden gem! Location is excellent, literally 3 minutes walking distance from the beach. We absolutely loved the Spanish revival interior (floors and doors are gorgeous!), and the delicious breakfast! We just left but we are already planning our next trip to Santa Barbara to stay at this amazing hotel!

Great location to downtown, restaurants, bars, the beach. FREE parking!!!!!! OMG this is such a plus these days! EXCELLENT complimentary breakfast. Ceiling fans in the room so you don't have to run the a/c to circulate air in the room (quite frankly every hotel should have ceiling fans). Overall, a great motel. We would stay here again.
