The room was very clean. The bed, sheets and pillows were comfortable. Towels and washcloths very clean and nice. The amenities in my room included a refrigerator, microwave oven and full-size coffee pot. Location was not far from UCSB or the Pier. Staff was very friendly.

Nice little motel. We stayed at two different ones this trip to SB and this was the nicer of the two. Could hear a bit of traffic noise from the street ( but not terrible) and an upset lady yelling her head off in the middle of night and then stomping up the stairs, but other than that the place was fine and we would stay there again. Good location with restaurants and grocery store nearby.

Easy & quick check-in upon arrival, room was set up nicely. It looks like the rooms have been recently remodeled and were pretty cute. Everything was clean. The only minor detail was that the shower knob was a bit stiff / not so new, but worked fine. There were also cute paintings and murals on the outside. The bed was comfy and firm, and we appreciated the blackout curtains which really did block out the light even if we slept in. Good location, not right in the heavy traffic, but still close enough to the pier. There's also a 7-11 across the street and at least the night we got there, we noticed a food truck was out until 10pm. Overall a great experience!
