The hotel is nice for what you expect. Check in took about 20 minutes but it was during peak check in hours so that was understandable. The control for the TV was missing and when we requested it at the front desk they quickly brought us one. Our room was clean, thank you.

Mrs. Dorothy was so kind and gave us a very warm welcome. The staff working the evening shift during check-in were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The only difference was the experience with the staff during the morning check-out, which was not as friendly as the evening team. One suggestion for improvement is to open the swimming pool earlier than 9:00 AM, as many guests would enjoy swimming before starting their day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay

Great room for the price. The room was clean and the room was ready at check in time. Parking is free and convenient. There are a few food options and Starbucks that are walkable. If you want more amenities you’ll be paying triple the cost at the nearby hotels. This hotel is perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay.
