We had room #3 - very clean and the property has some beautiful common areas. However our room had no windows, just a skylight. The mattress is very hard as well so if you like a softer mattress this is going to be uncomfortable for you.

Casa De La Vina is such a wonderful establishment! Our accommodations exceeded our expectations! Casa De La Vina is located conveniently near the heart of State Street (less than a 5 min walk), but enough of a way off to have peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle. Our accommodations were clean, very comfortable, and modern with many amenities to make our stay feel like we were at home! Check-in was soo easy and parking was conveniently located next to our room! The staff communicated with us by phone and were very friendly and accommodating.. they made sure to do all they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable! I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this to anyone looking to have a fabulous weekend getaway! It was worth every penny! Thank you so much for this great experience!

This property is okay. Pros: Close to downtown, room has a refrigerator and microwave. free parking with ev charger with a good fee. relatively new property. Kitchenette set (utensils, plates, mugs, cups, soap & sponge) Cons: Overpriced considering parking lot view on ground level, Refrigerator was too noisy (next to the bed), Bed was not comfortable (memory foam, a bit damp), Hair dryer was broken (only cold air worked), Towel had stain (requested new towels), Coffee machine was not working (property manager provided a reset instruction at the end), bug came out from the floor baseboard, site trash bin location was hard to find, no daily cleaning service, no amenity
