The room was very clean, better than expected, but the room was dated and very sparsely furnished. The bathroom only had 2 small bath towels, and the bed only had 1 very thin blanket.

Very friendly/helpful staff. Among the cleanest motel 6s I’ve stayed at. Did see one cockroach but you run that risk staying anywhere ground level in a hot state (grew up in FL). Was hardly an infestation so I don’t really hold it against the property Great budget option for Irvine, CA. Walkable from public transit & multiple corner stores for convenience!

Overall an okay stay, but there is room for improvement. The service was efficient, though the front desk and staff attitude could have been a bit warmer and more welcoming. The room itself was very clean, which I appreciated. However, the smell of cleaning products was overpowering—it was so strong that it made it difficult to fall asleep. With a softer approach to customer service and less harsh air fresheners/cleaners, this would be a much better experience. Option

We have stayed here three times and each time it has been a good experience. The rooms are simple, but the bed is always comfortable and the staff is professional and friendly. Free parking is helpful.

Very let friendly with good grassy spots to walk them and they provide the doggy bags for cleanup. The security door on the west end of the building is not locked at any hour all other similar doors require the room key for entry also the chair in the room was very dirty but all in all for a motel 6 it was a good stay. Good location too. All the freeways are accessible and it’s only 4 miles from a Shakey’s pizza.

Front desk staff was polite, helpful, and quick. The building is quite old and it shows. Single pane windows mean you hear everything outside- people, traffic and planes going overhead. No toiletries (except bar soap), no coffee, no water in the rooms. Towels are old and thin. Rooms are clean and bed was decently comfortable. Very bare bones. Ok for the price.

I stayed for nearly 2 weeks I'm still here currently, last day is the 24th. I really enjoyed my stay here the concierge was really friendly and helpful, was easy to get fresh towels when I wanted them, and since I did not have a frig or microwaver in my room i used the microwave and dining area in the front entry. it was peaceful and most of the other people staying here were friendly.
