Disliked: Staff & service
I had reserved two nights due to an unexpected passing of a family member. I had called the place advising of a late arrival because my flight was arriving later. I was told by Carlos they would wait. Once arriving at the location no one opened the door for us. We called, kept ringing bell to no answer. We left without a place to stay. Someone finally called saying they were fully booked and that they didn’t have my reservation, although I had called that same morning. They offered to take us to another location but was not willing to risk being taken to an unknown location. Do not risk going to this place as they’re not trustworthy.
