We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable and relaxing. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and enjoyed our time here. The only minor issue was that our room was not cleaned despite requesting housekeeping service. Other than that, everything else met our expectations. We would still recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again in the future.

Breakfast server was extra nice…downside, nearest elevator to the lobby was out of order… the room key gets deactivated…this fact was never raised during check-in. A colleague came early in the morning and picked-up a room key…had to walk to the 3rd floor as the elevator was out of order, when she got to the room, the key was already deactivated!!! REALLY?????

The location is superb ! Staff are friendly, answers questions promptly. Stayed for two nights no cleaning was done maybe because i did not request for it . Pillows , sheets smells fresh matress is comfortable. Towels are rough on the skin maybe a softner to smoothen. Peacefull area . I will surely come back .

The room was ok. The blanket/comforter was a bit thin, and the pillows were pretty meh. The beds were fairly comfortable (and I have a tough time sleeping in most hotels, but it was fine :) The A/C is loud, but worked well! I never could get my internet to work so I couldn’t get any work done in my room, nor watch TV, even after having the “tech guy” check on my setup. The breakfast was terrible, not many options other than cheap pancakes, sausage, and powdered mix scrambled eggs :/ there were navel oranges or cold cereal as the other options. The pool and hot tub were ok, but the pool chairs are terrible! Wooden slats?! Really? Nobody ever came to switch towels from my room, but I just went to the front desk to swap them out.
