Had a great stay. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. It was quiet which is what we wanted. The beach was a short walk. There were plenty of shops and places to eat out.

We had a great time at HSM Sa Coma and would highly recommend. We had plenty to do for our short trip and there are lots of activities within walking distance. The hotel was quiet when we stayed (early June), so it was helpful to unwind too. We enjoyed the food and drink options. Good options for vegetarians, but they could be further improved. Lots of hotel-based entertainment if you want more than to relax.

Very good family hotel. The kids entertainment staff was amazing, such energy! Cudos! Service at the restaurant was so nice and kind as well. Food was good. Very pleasantly surprised! Of course there was more common food as burgers, hotdogs some days, but always also nice fish, good sauces, interesting dishes and so on. Negative: Some days it was way too loud at the pool area. The music would be blasting while the entertainment team would be shouting while using microphones. If you stayed near the pool it was impossible to get away from the noise. Other days the music was nice and calm. It seemed to depend on the bartender, but it would be nice if they took the audience into account when choosing playlist and also perhaps they could announce activities in the microphone but when only 3 people attended it might not be necessary to do the entire activity with a mic.

Lovely 6 night stay in ground floor apartment with our 2 year old. Staff friendly and hard working. Pool clean and always sunbeds available. Small fenced off shallow end for little ones which was great for us but imagine could get crowded in peak season. Only watched mini disco entertainment in evening as bit late for our little one but staff great with kids. Daytime sports fun too. Sa Coma beach within walking distance (even if it takes a bit longer when toddler wants to walk!) Apartment was spacious. Food was tasty and enough variety - although labelling needs improving as often dishes didn't state if had meat in too and being a pescatarian I almost had a few that had meat in on closer inspection. Good selection of meats each day for the carnivores though! Omelette station was only available on 2 of days we were there so missed this. Generally a good value and nice family place to stay. Would recommend if want value and all inclusive too. Husband enjoyed the Estrella and myself the Sangria.

Lovely family hotel, Amimation team were amazing, the kids loved them all, bar staff and hotel staff lovely and friendly, clean. Drinks were good and no queues at the bar. The only real complaint is that it is supposed to be a no smoking anywhere around the hotel but people were smoking everywhere. At the theatre, around the pool, at the bar, outside the restaurant. We couldn't get away from it which is dissapointing as it's only a few guests spoiling it for everyone else rather than those few guests just moving away from everyone else for five minutes. Smokers will happily accept going to a designated smoking area if they are asked to but if it's not enforced then they don't bother. No ashtrays obviously so all the ash just flicked all over the floor where everyone is walking around bearfoot all day.

Sehr freundliches Personal ĂŒberall & ein sehr gutes Animationsteam. Die Zimmer sind praktisch, aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Aufteilung ist fĂŒr eine Familie mit 2 Kindern sehr gut (Richtig verschiebbare TĂŒren, Platz, Anordnung). All-Inklusive Essen ist abwechslungsreich, aber nicht von sehr guter QualitĂ€t. FĂŒr Vegetarier gibt es fast immer eine gute Auswahl. Beanstandungen am Zimmer werden zeitnah behoben.

Die Lage ist super (800m zum Strand von Sa coma, 4 min mit dem Auto zum Strand von Cala Millor). Animationsteam ist super und gibt jeden Tag sein bestes! Personal ist super nett, gerade der Junge Mann mit den Locken vom Housekeeping arbeitet unermĂŒdlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ok. Ähnelt dem Essen eines 3-Sterne-Hotels in Mallorca. Hotellin vastaanotto ei osaa englantia, milloin huoneesta puuttui lakanat lapselle, milloin pyyhe. Aina yhtÀ vaikeaa saada asiaa hoidettua. Siivous ei kÀynyt ensimmÀiseen kolmeen pÀivÀÀn, ja silloinkin tuli paikalle vasta pitkÀlle iltapÀivÀllÀ. Huonekalujen alla oli törkyistÀ. Tiskiainetta ja harjaa/sientÀ ei ole saatavilla, astiat (vain muutama astia muutenkin) likaisia. Koko hotellin alue altaan ympÀrillÀ on betonia, joka on maalattu vihreÀksi. Ruoka on lÀhes syömÀkelvotonta, ÀlÀ edes harkitse maistavasi juustoja. Kaikki halvinta mahdollista. Iltaviihde oli hassuttelua, aivan hauskaa, kiva tiimi tekemÀssÀ! Mutta loma oli silti mukava, halvalla sai halpaa, en menisi tÀnne uudelleen. The hotel reception does not speak English, sometimes the room lacked sheets for the child, sometimes a towel. It was always difficult to get things sorted. Housekeeping did not come for the first three days, and even then, they only arrived late in the afternoon. There was dirt under the furniture. Dish soap and a sponge were not available, and the dishes (only a few dishes anyway) were dirty. The entire hotel area around the pool is concrete, painted green. The food is almost inedible, don't even consider tasting the cheeses. Everything is the cheapest possible. The evening entertainment was playful, quite fun, a nice team doing it! The vacation was anyway nice, with cheap you get cheap, but would not stay here again.

Fint hotel med et bredt udvalg af mad i buffeten og drikkevarer i baren. Det blev gjort fint rent pÄ vÊrelset og ved poolen. Meget aktive personale til underholdning. VÊrelserne er lidt slidte, og vi har trÊt af folk rÞg i pool omrÄdet, men det skal ikke ligge hotellet til last. Det eneste jeg manglede var cola med sukker.

Mycket bra hotell i denna prisklassen. Rymliga lÀgenheter, tyst och lugnt. Ren pool och gott om solstolar. All personal Àr fantastisk, sÄ hÀrligt bemötande, glass och trevliga. Fantastiskt bemötande vid incheckning, i matsal, baren, vaktmÀstare och stÀdare. Maten var vi mycket nöjda med, stort utbud och goda smaker. Lite synd bara att man inte kan sitta ute. Wir haben uns von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefĂŒhlt. Essen war jeden Tag abwechslungsreich. Animation war fĂŒr jeden etwas dabei. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer auf der andren Straßenseite waren sehr ruhig. Wir haben viel mit den öffentlichen Busunternehmen tip gemacht. Kann man nur empfehlen und sehr Preiswert. Wir wĂŒrden nochmal Urlaub in dieser Anlage machen wollen.

Dette er et greit hotell med god utvalg av mat. Rommene er greie, men badet har liten plass til oppbevaring av toalettsaker feks. OmrÄdet rundt bassenget kunne trengt en oppgradering, da det ser litt skittent og slitt ut. NÄr vi ankom hadde vi problemer med at det krydde av maur pÄ rommet vÄrt. Problemet blei raskt fiksa med ein spray, men litt ubehagelig var det. Ellers kan eg seie at hotellets ansatte var supre, og de som hadde underholdning, spill og leker gjorde en god jobb! Men det anbefales ikke for nordmenn Ä bo pÄ dette hotellet! Underholdningen osv var pÄ tysk, og ingen andre barn (eller voksne for den del) kunne kommuniseres med pÄ en god mÄte. Vi fÞlte oss ganske «utenfor». Og hadde vi visst at det kun var tyskere, franskmenn og noen briter pÄ hotellet hadde vi ikke bestilt dette. Mange av gjestene var uhÞflige, gikk forran i kÞen og flere av de okkuperte mange solsenger.
