The rooms toilets need upgrade. The rooms are basic but good, reception is good. Breakfast also does it part.

Las instalaciones estaban bien y la habitación en general bien. No obstante, la distribución del apartamento no tenía mucho sentido. Una habitación completamente vacía y un tocador que no tenía ninguna utilidad, mientras que la cocina estaba al lado de una cama y el baño era muy pequeño. Por otro lado, el baño estaba viejo y sucio. El cristal no se había limpiado y en el sumidero de la ducha había pelos al llegar.

Estancia muy agradable

Alicia desde el momento antes de entrar fue super amable ayudándonos con todo los servicios y recomendaciones. Las habitaciones necesitan una actualización de imagen pero son prácticas, amplias y muy cómodas. A la hora del check out nos facilitaron todo para poder coger nuestro vuelo por la noche. La ubicación del hotel está bastante bien, en una zona tranquila y cercana a las mejores calas. Muy recomendable

Otele her anlamda 5 yildiz veriyoruz; temizligi, odalarin genisligi ve konforu, kahvaltisi, konumu her seyiyle harikaydi. Ozellikle personel inanilmaz guler yuzlu ve samimiyetle her yonden bize yardimci oldular. Chek out yaptiktan sonra ucusumuz gec saatte oldugu icin o gunu de Ibiza`da gecirdik gun boyu denize girdik otele dondugumuzde ise bize temiz havlu ve dus sagladilar; guzelce hazirlandik bu harikaydi.

had great time stay there.

This was our 2nd time staying this hotel. Hotel is basic but has everything you need for staying. Very polite and friendly stuff. And room is pretty quiet for the Ibiza and we felt quite comfortable staying there. Will definitely be back.

Mi experiencia en el hotel, buena menos la limpieza de la habitacion, nos encontramos ropa interio en el armario y muchas etiquetas de ropa recien comprada, la cisterna del baño se salia el agua, el aire acondicionado tambien se salio el agua, por lo demas bien

Consecuencias por falta de comunicación.

Estoy muy decepcionada. Hice una reserva en este aparthotel. Llegamos a ibiza en ferry desde formentera y cojimos un taxi (30€) hasta el aparthotel. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa que el aparthotel estaba cerrado y nos reenviaban al aparthotel jabeque en ibiza. De nuevo tuvimos que cojer otro taxi (32€) para ir a ibiza. Por parte de hoteles.com no he recibido ninguna notificación de cambio de aparthotel y por consiguiente he tenido que pagar 62€ de taxi mas el tiempo perdido en el transito por lo que me siento estafada.

Tiloja oli remontoitu jonkin verran, mm. allasalue oli siistissä kunnossa. Kuitenkin hotellissa yritettiin myydä Superior-huoneena hieman ylimaalattua ikivanhaa loukkoa, joka oli mielestämme karkea arviointivirhe johdon taholta. Saimme lopulta haluamamme harmaan ja vaaleansävyisen huoneen (1204) joka oli oikeasti moderni ja siisti, mutta joita koko hotellissa on ilmeisesti vain kaksi eli huoneet 1203 ja 1204.
