It was the setting for one of the most meaningful moments of our lives, and the team made it feel effortless. Julian at the front, Greta, and Alexander were true standouts. Their warmth, care, professionalism, and attention to detail helped everything run flawlessly and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. If you are looking to disconnect, slow down, feel romantic, and experience a quieter, more beautiful side of Ibiza, this is it. The property is spotless, beautifully maintained, and designed so thoughtfully that even when it feels full, it never feels crowded. There is a sense of peace here that is hard to find. We spent most of our time by the pool. It was refreshing, peaceful, and surrounded by views that honestly feel unreal. The sunrise was beautiful, but the sunset was unforgettable. In my opinion, this is the best place on the island to watch the sun drop into the sea. Every evening felt like a postcard. The rooms are not huge, but they are charming, comfortable, and full of character. You are here for the view, the feeling, and the experience. And the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to completely unwind. Hacienda Na Xamena is more than a hotel. It is clean, romantic, peaceful, and unforgettable. We left with memories we will carry forever and would return without hesitation.

I stayed in the hotel last week and the hotel is beautiful with a stunning pool. The views are beautiful from the room. My experience with the room wasn’t great however with the jacuzzi and tv not working. I was offered an option of a free upgrade. I was transferred to the new room which was much smaller with better views. The food at the hotel is not great especially during the day. The evening food we had for a special occasion was terrible. Probably the worst I’ve ever had at a 5 star hotel.

The dining options are overpriced for what you get, and extremely limited in options. 70 € for breakfast buffet that has very little fruit, and tiny egg portions seems a bit outrageous. That being said, if you know that goung in, its all good. Its very remote, which is nice to escape the party scene, but i would suggest renting a car so you have other dining options.

The standard rooms have fantastic views but overlook the other rooms so it didn’t feel that private. The spa is super basic but the treatment was good. We went in September and there was always lots of free spots to sit and sunbathe. Sunset cocktails highly recommended. The main courses in Eden restaurant were all a bit strange but the sharing options, starters and desserts were excellent. The wine selection was also fantastic.

This is an exceptional property, an island of beauty, relaxation, luxury and mostly a laid back and chill atmosphere that is perfect for a get away. Nested on top of a hill overlooking a sea cliff, the surroundings is simply breathtaking. The property is stylish and decorated with taste, the rooms and suites are high end, everything is 5 star worthy here. One and probably only downside is mosquitos, so bring your repellent. Congrats to the owners of this place, the job done is impressive, granted that it is not a big hotel chain and it is nested in wild nature. We will be back for sure !

We loved it ! Everything about this hotel is simply amazing ! If you want to find peace in the middle of the madness of Ibiza you need to go there ! The sunset view from the room , the restaurant , the pool , design of the hotel ! Just perfect ! The only thing is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center or the nice beaches of Ibiza like 30/45min depends on where you go it can be a bit more . After having stayed just stayed several days at the Six Senses in Ibiza, our stay at Hacienda was ALSO truly wonderful. The hotel was whimsical and elegant demonstrating the historical layers of the sophisticated, creative, and bohemian spirit of Ibiza. Our particular room was truly magnificent with stunning views and the staff were ABSOLUTELY amazing. If you desire perfect elegance you may not find it here, BUT if you want a hotel that truly imbibes the uniquely intrinsic vibe of Ibiza, is architecturally astonishing by being built into the cliffs with unobstructed views of the Med, is so eclectic in its vast and varied art objects from around the world and from different eras, and a staff that genuinely desire to make feel comfortable...this is for you. We stay at 5 star hotels all over the world and without hesitation, I'd say Hacienda na Xamena was ... truly special.

Beautiful hotel with bad food!

We went there for our babymoon, we loved our room view and the pool area, it was right front of the sunset! They left us a note with a teddy for our baby which I already appreciated, But we were surprised with the average service for a 5 star hotel! For example there wasn’t a complementary water after first night or the breakfast was below the average! There wasn’t any buffet! On the arrival day I ordered a watermelon juice and fresh cut watermelon and it was off!!they didn’t even cancel it! And Eden restaurant was beautiful but unfortunately the food was horrible. I was pregnant and ordered a chicken and it was raw and tasteless so I said please cancel it, they insisted on re-cooking it and when they brought it back it was still inedible, it was off too! So I would stay at this hotel for 2-3 days because of the view but I wouldn’t eat there!!
