Some staff were top tier, going above and beyond to make the stay great and easy; others probably need more training in hospitality but the good ones were excellent. Decent gym, okay spa (both operated by private companies). Could use more furnishings in the lobby and more/better restaurant options, but the bar is excellent. “The hotel is brand new just opened in September 2025. It’s probably the closest hotel from the Chinggis Khaan International Airport. Only about 30 minutes from the airport by car. The rooms are huge and luxurious. It even has an indoor swimming pool, fitness room, etc. the breakfast was good too. Great value for money. ”
