Hotel calme et propre tres bien situé en centre ville . Modalités de check in tres rigides et contraignantes (uniquement sur rendez vous) . Petite cabine de douche depourvue de porte (eclaboussures difficiles a maitriser)

Der Check-in muss am Vortag auf eine Uhrzeit festgelegt werden, was den Prozess recht unflexibel macht. Unsere Mitteilung rd. 1 h vor dem geplanten Check-In über 15 Minuten Verspätung durch die Verspätung eines Zuges waren schon grenzwertig. Die Lage, die Ausstattung sowie das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sind gut.

Package got delivered to hotel. Hôtel told us that they did not receive a package and nothing was in the mailbox. When we checked in the package was in their mailbox and the lady at the front desk (aka the owner) said, “oh yea, I didn’t check the mailbox, it’s just easier to tell people that we don’t accept packages or didn’t get them.” That cost us an extra $4k on our trip. Also, the entire week she was very rude and not very helpful either. Terrible experience. Maid was alright, but she also never actually changed the sheets in the room for the entire 9 day stay, she only made the beds with the sheets that were in the room. Very unclean and unprofessional.

An OK stay; good location

We were in the "Urban" room. Overall the stay was OK, but organizing the check-in was a bit hectic. I was asked to schedule a time, which was fine, and suggested 3pm, which then was unilaterally changed by the guesthouse to 2:30pm "max", which meant I needed to change my train schedule to Sanremo last minute to arrive earlier. The room was in mostly clean and in good shape, but the sink filled up easily and drained slowly and the shower stall doors do not properly function. The rollers have almost entirely detached from the runners, so you have to lift the door into place. With a few small repairs, my score would be much better.

Flott beliggenhet, midt i gågate, nær stranden. Frokost på kafé to min unna. Stort rom og utsikt mot gågate. Måtte avtale med utleier ankomst og fikk nøkler . Rommet var rent og ryddig.

Good Hotel - but read the small print

The hotel was central & everywhere was easily accessible. It was clean, staff were friendly & the room was kept topped up with snacks. However, I was surprised to be contacted the day before to be told I had to pay in cash even though room was secured on credit card!! I then had to make appointment to check-in as there isn’t a receptionist there all the time. This was quite stressful as the trains were on strike so we kept having to re-arrange our arrival time to schedule our 15minute slot to check-in. Finally, the breakfast is at a cafe down the street & you’re only entitle to one croissant, coffee & a bottle of water!

Nettes Personal, geräumiges Zimmer, alles sauber, herausragende Lage. Unser Zimmer war nahe dem Eingang, daher hat man viele Geräusche vom Flur gehört, aber dünne Wände gibt es in Italien überall:) Lecker Frühstück im naheliegenden Café, bezahlt mit Gutschein. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

This place is a scam. We stayed at 30 different hotels/B&Bs in Italy in 35 days and this is the ONLY one with a completely unreasonable check-in policy. The person we dealt with "Cettina" is the most unaccommodating, unreasonable person I have dealt with in many years. First, she will talk only by text, not voice - she hangs up the phone if you call. The day before check in the conversation went something like this (all by text): Her: please tell me the exact time you will be here to check in otherwise we will not let you into the property. Me: I cannot do that - I am traveling and I may want to stop or get a flat tire, etc. I will be there between 3 and 6pm and it's OK if it takes you 30 minutes to let me in. Her: unacceptable - I will not let you in unless you tell me the exact time. Me: I cannot predict my exact arrival time - I am on vacation, not on a train schedule. Her: tough luck. I will not accommodate you. Me: I'd like to cancel the reservation. Her: tough luck. I asked Expedia for a cancellation (more than 24 hours in advance). Expedia called and talked with her in Italian. She refused a refund. Clearly this is a side-hustle for Cettina - she must have some other scams she also runs since this hotel is not a priority for her. I cannot recommend you book or stay at a hotel with such unreasonable staff. I would assume that things such as washing the sheets, and towels are met with similar behavior. Do not be fooled by the fake good reviews.

Posizione centralissima!

Posizione strategica per lo shopping o anche per le passeggiate in centro o sul lungomare sanremese. In isola pedonale a 200m dal teatro Ariston, e a 400m dal Casinò Municipale. un pò più scomodo il parcheggio perchè nei pressi è solo sulle strisce blu, ma spostandosi un pò si trova anche "free". La camera tripla è ampia e comoda e sembra essere restaurato di recente. Il bagno ha una bella doccia accessoriata con massaggiatore. Non c'è la portineria ma il servizio di consegna chiavi è stato puntuale. La colazione (inclusa) è disponibile presso un bar a pochi passi dall'hotel. Se non si vuole usare l'auto è perfetto!

SanRemo ipv Saint-Tropez

SanRemo was 2de keuze. Frankrijk kleurde rood. Maar zo'n levendige stad. Mooie plaatsen. Ongelooflijke solden (septembre). Mooi winkel/wandel straat. Stranden te voet bereikbaar. Oude gedeelte La Pigna, is adembenemend (letterlijk en figuurlijk). Een boek, piazza, muziek uit een huis, ...."lost in paradize" Een aperitief gaat gepaard met "tapa's" in overvloed. SanRemo + SanremoInn overtroffen onze verwachtingen

Ottima posizione e pulizia

L’hotel si trova nel cuore di Sanremo, dentro via Matteotti e a due passi dall’Ariston. Le camere sono molto pulite ed igienizzate ad ozono. I titolari sono molto simpatici ed accoglienti. Ottima la presenza di kit come spazzolino e dentifricio.
