“The hotel was great, but it is NOWHERE NEAR the City it was listed under when I entered it into Expedia. It cost me a LOT of needless money to get there by Bolt and it was a MASSIVE hassle to get back to the town I was actually looking for lodging for.
I want to be clear that the hotel and staff were great, but it is extremely deceptive that it was listed as it was. It cost me a good deal of money that I didn't need to spend. I only stayed there because Expedia's "nonrefundable" clause forced...

“We loved our stay, but the beds were not so comfortable, quite hard, I had to exchange my pillow too as on first night couldn’t sleep on it, but it was not a problem for the staff and got one straight away. We didn’t have a kettle in our room, but when asked for one, it was delivered. Rooms have no fridge.
