Very close to the old city centre: the main mosque, the castle, the gorgeous Pond of Sacred Fish and oasis-like centre of the town. Views in the morning and evening were wonderful. The hotel is being expanded so building works and the bathroom needed tidying up, but otherwise kind staff, extremely comfortable room, delicious breakfast and wonderful driver, Irfan, who took me to Gobleki Tepe and taught me (some) Turkish.

The room inside was perfect and everything was as we expected. However, the outside was dusty because of the construction site at the hotel. In addition to that the breakfast was also great. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful.

I love the breakfast, so delicious, the staff was very accommodating and supportive. they helped carry my suitcases up and down the stairs for check-in and out. Adjusted the menu selection to food I can eat and did their best to accommodate no-cross contamination or allergens.

Could use a female hand to clean everything, make it more cozy, decorate the rooftop restaurant with an amazing view some more, add plants everywhere etc. But the location, parking on site and especially the superb kindness of the staff (who don’t speak English though) make it absolutely great!

Sanliurfa great stay

An amazing hotel, built from stone blocks. Added bonus was live music on the rooftop deck with a dinner menu. Hotel arranged for a driver to take us around to the main attractions….Karahan Tepe, Gobekli Tepe etc. A memorable experience!

Nice rooms, varıable service from Receptıon, excellent servıce at breakfast. Be aware the hotel lets out the roof for parties, which can be very noisy. Quite tricky to approach by car because of the one way system. Best possible Urfa view from the common areas.

Very bad experience. I paid for the more expensive room a Design Studio Suite and hotel put in the cheaper room a Deluxe double. They told me it was the room I booked and manager will not refund the difference. Manager is rude and dishonest. The hotel has live music and is very noisy and groups of men sit outside hotel and talk which was also noisy. Breakfast was good but is where the live music is held so smells like smoke. The description of the room is misleading. There is no lake view at all, the hotel faces the castle wall, and there is no separate sitting area in the room. The sitting area is a table and chair at the end of the bed. Staff were nice and tried to help but the manager was rude and not helpful. I do not recommend this hotel and if you do go don't waste your money on the Design Studio Suite.

Tolles freundliches zentrales Hotel .

Beste Lage. Alles Fussläufig zu erreichen. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, bezüglich Auswahl und Qualität. Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Wir fahren als Familie für einen Tag da und wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Das Zimmer hat eine super größe und ist wirklich sauber. Allerdings ein sehr großer minuspunkt, die offene küche neben den unteren Zimmern. Es wurde hier bis 2 Uhr morgens gespült, Gläser sind runtergefallen. Es war wirklich so laut dass ich zweimal aus dem Zimmer raus musste um das Personal zu bitten leiser zu sein.

Gezilecek yerlerin tam ortasında ve fiyat performansa göre gönül rahatlığıyla önerebilirim. Tek sorun lavabodan bir süre kötü koku geldi sonrasında gitti ve tuşu bozulma aşamasındaydı rahatsız eden şeyler bunlardı
