Comfortable stay in Urfa

Nice luxury hotel in Urfa, very near to Havas bus stop. Not very near to historical center but it is easy to get there by foot in 30 min or by several buses. Breakfast is nice and varied. Reception desk should smile a bit more..

What a fantastic week my family and I had here. The staff were really friendly and available whenever we needed them. A special thanks to Mr Siyani who helped us with a few issues with our first room and resolved really quickly and professionally, you are a credit to Nevali Hotel. Services were fantastic, great choice of food, good facilite, easy parking and always greeted with a smile. Great location and walkable to the main streets and short drive to the local tourist sites. Great Location

Wonderful 5 stars hotel in a great position in the city. close to the main area in Urfa & on the main road connecting it to other destricts. the terrace in the top is wonderful. breakfast was delicious. rooms are big & comfortable.

I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone. 10 out of 10! Everyone is very friendly, from the staff to the managers, service personnel, and all the hotel employees. The rooms are well-furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for visiting attractions like Balıklıgöl and the city center. The hotel’s restaurant also has a luxurious ambiance and serves incredibly delicious food. I will recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely come back. See you soon! Don’t be put off by the negative comments, this was a wonderful stay. The staff could not be more accommodating, from the front door, reception, waiters and cleaners. One or 2 do speak English well. The rooms are huge, WiFi worked well, breakfast was decent. Surrounding area is great with a supermarket next door, a small outlet across the road, many shops and eateries and best of all a lovely walk to main areas including the fish lake and cave of hzr Ibrahim.
