Me e quedado en este hotel varias ocasiones y siempre me gustó pero este último viaje fue una decepción total muy desatendido las habitaciones y los huéspedes súper vulgares en la habitación de allado la primera que me dieron estaban a gritos en la cama haciendo …. Pedí me cambiaran la habitación y si me ayudaron en la recepción muy bien atendida pero la verdad quedé muy decepcionada de cómo a cambiado

I absolutely loved my stay at Stella Nova Resort! The hotel was extremely clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything felt comfortable and organized. The location was perfect for our Universal trip, especially traveling with a child. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!
