“Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean).

“The manager family & staff were exceptionally helpful & professional. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary as well as the delicious egg omelet. Our room was lovely & comfortable. Chris was very helpful in helping us set up our car navigation system! A very pleasant stay & experience.”
