Amazing! They had everything I needed and were so flexible as I almost needed to extend my stay due to the storm. The vibe was great, very cool and seamless check in and access. Close to everything needed. I will definitely be returning! Can’t wait.

Funky spot in the heart of sanford

Great spot close to downtown Sanford. By close I mean right around the corner. A funky and fun room. It was cold and there is no central AC or Heat, but there was a little space heater that quickly warmed the room, in fact I had to turn it off because it was so warm. I read about the bathroom sink and yes, it is weird. You will get wet so SLOWLY turn the water on. Yes the spiral staircase feels sketchy, but that was part of the fun of the space and we laughed so much about it. The only "issue" we had were the colored lights that randomly turned on and off that illuminated the ceiling. I wish we. Iuld have controlled them because it would have set a nice relaxing vibe for the weekend. Would I book it again. Yes, and quickly. 4/5 Would reccomend

Wobbly/Unsafe Plastic Stairs to upper “bedroom” | Mattress on the floor | Safety Railing near bed unsafe/loose | Hole in the wall with exposed plumbing, filled with paper towels | No screens in the windows | Room was extremely cold with no thermostat - tiny spacer heater ran 24/7 did not help | Private outdoor area shared with other renters | Door has a clear draft where you can see the light from the outside | $30 early check-in fee | No labeled designated smoking area with fee for smoking outside the “smoking area” | Very polite and very cool interior murals/decor | Spacious fridge/freezer | Walkable to ‘main ave’

Thebonly draw back to this room is you cannot control the AC. There is a small space heater, but you cannot turn the air up or down.

I like that it was walking distance to Sanford, however there is no control over the temperature and it was freezing each night. We could not sleep. Also, the beds were not comfortable. The stairs to the loft were unstable.
