The checkin process was quick and easy. The breakfast was hot and fresh everyone morning. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were helpful. The pool was out of service at the time, but it didn’t affect our stay any.

The room was very clean, cool, and comfortable. The bed had the softest sheets I've ever felt on it and was so comfortable. Got the best sleep I have had in ages during my stay. Having health and mobility issues, I reserved an accessible king suite. The shower was a dream! I have stayed here twice now and will most definitely be staying again. I adore this hotel and its wonderful staff! I can't wait to book again!!

The staff was very friendly and you could tell the hotel had been remodeled/updated. Some items still needed attention like the stairwell doors, the stairwells themselves, and the elevator was broken.

We arrived for check in at almost midnight. Michael was on duty. He was very nice and friendly. And treated us like it was in the middle of the day instead of late at night. The rooms were nice and breakfast was hot and ready as promised a little after 6am. If I had the opportunity, I would stay here again
