Stunning hotel and stay

This is a suburb hotel, extremely well run with stunning food with nature all around you. I stay in lots of hotels all across the world and this one is something really special. It was my second visit and I’ll certainly be back again. Keep up the amazing work!

Superb breakfast but not so impressed overall.

Well, just booked a standard room at sportbacken. 500m walk from the main building, okej. Pretty expensive compared to other hotels with higher standards for the ”same category” of room, nothing speciell. Expected more for the money Breakfast was superb, very nice. Flatbread pizza in the Bistro was pretty booring. Had a long black straw of hair in the shower and found half of an old grape by the tv control :(

Excellent hotel!

Excellent foods as usual. Unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked this time so we had bad meals which was very good also. I always stay at this hotel whenever I come to Sandviken.

Fantastic hotel!

For conditions I have to put one star less but overall it is a fantastic Hotel and one of my favourite hotel. Currently they are renovating the hotel so a bit of building works. Still - excellent food/service/spotless clean - a lovely stay as always.

Rent och snyggt men otillgÀngligt

Rent och snyggt. Skumt ljus och hög musik drog ner upplevelsen. Rummen ligger olika lÄngt frÄn huvudbyggnaden och det Àr inte tydligt hur man tar sig dit eller hur lÄngt det Àr. I mörkret Àr det bÀttre att lÀgga mer pengar pÄ att bo nÀra huvudbyggnaden. Jag tycker att det Àr vÀl dyrt.

Viktigt att kontrollera VART du ska bo, omrÄdet Àr stort och Àr du inte uppmÀrksam pÄ vart du hamnar nÀr du bokar sÄ behöver du i vÀrsta fall ta bilen alternativt en promenad pÄ 10-12minuter till frukosten. Som affÀrsresenÀr skulle jag inte vilja bo nÄgon annanstans Àn i huvudbyggnaden. Det Àr stor skillnad pÄ rummen mellan huvudbyggnaden och rummen som finns i de fristÄende stugorna.

Mtb i Högbo

Perfekt för tvÄ dagar pÄ mtb. Otroligt vÀl underhÄllna slingor. Dom svarta Àr riktigt roliga Àven om dom Àr korta. Vi bodde i ett superiorrum. Mycket nöjd med rummet. Du kan Àven lÄna nyckel till att lÄsa in cykeln i en container eller lÄsa fast den i ett cykelstÀll. Mycket bra. Vandringsslingor finns ocksÄ precis utanför hotellet.

JÀttefints spa som barn fÄr följa med pÄ!

Sportstugan var inte i sÀrskilt bra. Vi hade mögel i duschen och mörklÀggningsgardinerna slutade strax under fönstret o slÀppte dÀrför in en massa ljus. BÄda tÀckenas fyllning hade klumpat ihop sig nÄgonstans pÄ mitten av tÀcket och det var knappt nÄn fyllning var upptill. Jag pÄtalade detta i receptionen och fick dÄ byta till ett rum inne pÄ hotellet vilket var mycket bÀttre. Annars hade det hÀr boendet fÄtt mycket lÀgre betyg av mig. Jag valde det pga den lugna naturen runtomkring och att det fanns mycket att göra för barn samt att barn fick följa med pÄ spa fram till 13:00.

Fint hotel med riktigt bra service

JÀttefint hotel med hög standard, dock ingen AC vilket behövs uppdateras pÄ rummen. VÀldigt smakfullt inrett och mÄnga sköna loungesoffor att vÀlja bland i sÀllskapsytorna. Vi Ät i bistron pÄ kvÀllen och upplevde att maten inte riktigt höll mÄttet. För mycket salt och lime i min fiskgryta samt för lite kött och för mycket svÄrtuggade grönsaker i min mans rÀtt. Frukostbuffén mötte upp vÄra förvÀntningar med rÄge- gott vÀllagat och mycket att vÀlja pÄ. Omgivningarna Àr fantastiska och ett besök pÄ den gamla kvarnen för fika eller mat kan varmt rekommenderas.
