A family owned motel that was family friendly. My son really enjoyed the water slide and I appreciated the hot tub after a day walking around Cedar Point. I really appreciate that they thought to give us cold water bottles upon arrival which we needed after a day at the park. The breakfast was decent not just continental and included a pancake maker, boiled eggs, yogurt, baked goods, and cereal.

A five minute drive from cedar point. With a nice pool/ hot tub setup very accommodating staff with a lobby and breakfast you can’t complain about. Wonderful spot will definitely be bringing the lady and I back before the summer ends

Staff was super accommodating and friendly. Offered you free bottles of water. Pool was very clean and fun with two slides. Kids had so much fun. Very close and convenient to Cedar Point. The staff was excellent! Check in was smooth and fast. The hotel is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Cedar Point. The pool and hot tub look clean, we did not get a chance to use them. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom vanity was new and modern.

Air conditioner was not working right but the staff was helpful and brought another ac in that worked! The main thing was the refrigerator froze all of our stuff. The breakfast was ok, it has the same breakfast everyday as the only main entree was pancakes. No eggs, bacon, or sausage. So that was disappointing as I don't think this place is worth that much. But it was a nice little stay

My recent stay at the South Shore Inn in Sandusky, OH was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, with the cleanest bedsheets I’ve ever seen and wonderfully cold AC that made it easy to relax after a long day. Mornings started with a great breakfast that was fresh and satisfying. Throughout the stay, the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Sadly the hot tub was not up and running just yet, I saw they were doing some maint. in the pool area so everything will be in tip top shape for this year!
