Very disappointing breakfast. The only hot option was waffles, and there was a long line to make them. The bed was extremely high and hard for my husband (who uses a wheelchair) to get into. There was a nice hot tub and a pool (as advertised). However, there was nothing to use to plug the bathtub and the water for the bath was not hot.

The pool is dedicated as a spacious pool. It’s a little bigger than a king sized bed. My room was near the back door which I was told to use, but the door did not open with a key. There were stains (looked like someone stepped in poop/mud and it was through the halls)

It was quiet and rather empty because it was off season. I didn't see many staff members though they always came when I rang the bell. The pool and Jacuzzi were a plus. Everything was fairly clean, but some paint peeling from the ceiling in our room and touches of mold in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have one of the fireplaces lit in the evening.
