We haven't stayed here for a few years but decided to try it again and it was wonderful! The hallway and room were clean and didn't smell musty. You tell that tgey have updated and remodeled. We will definitely stay there again!! Great location and price!

It was okay for a last minute trip. It smelled musty and the hallways smelled bad as well. Could be from the water tracked in from the pool though.

The room was clean but the entire hotel has a musty mildew smell. Also, drunk men in the hallways harassing you anytime you step out of your room. But that can happen anywhere. When you go to the pool there’s no towels, so you have to bring them from your own room which is annoying. But, it is a cool pool area and the location is great for walking to pretty much anywhere. I love that Level 2 is attached, it made going out in the evening really easy.

Hotel needs updated. Did not like that there was not a refrigerator in the room for medication, left overs from dinner or even water. Pool could be cleaned and skimmed daily.

The room was basic but clean with no bad smell. The pool and swim up bar could have been really great, but the pool was dirty. The water was cloudy and slimy; you couldn’t see your feet. However the location was great. All the shops, restaurants, and the lake were an extremely easy and short walk. Some are right across the street. Just plan on swimming at The Sand Bar instead (which was a lovely oasis that didn’t feel like Ohio).

The Hotel is pretty much a dorm, with it being attached directly to Level 2, the only true “nightclub” in Town. The rooms are much closer to a roadside motel than a city Hotel. But look, come to Put In Bay for the party and not the hotel stay. The hotel is right dab in the middle of the party so we expected lots of noise and shenanigans. There were a few arrests right outside of our first floor window and a few fights after hours when people just couldn’t handle their alcohol. But you’re a short walk to everything on the island. Check in was quick. Rooms were clean enough.

My husband & I booked a Queen room and received a double. Elevator didn’t work and stairwell smelled of urine. All three front desk staff over our stay were rude. We travel a lot and this may be our worst experience ever .

The Resort Doesn’t Have A Refrigerator. As Far As U Know, They Don’t Provide Towels For The Pool! The Code For The WiFi Didn’t Work. The Employee And The Desk Said It Hadn’t Worked In A While! A Very Convenient Location That Downtown. But, If You Can Book Anything Else Do. No Breakfast. Smell & Stains On Hallway Carpet. Just Saying, Not What You Pay For! Go Elsewhere!
