I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was amazing especially the night staff very friendly accommodating property sits right in the middle of everything. Pool area was wonderful. Rooms were great no complaints. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Grand islander

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and a clean room. I just really wish our room would have had a mini fridge, it would have made our stay much more enjoyable.

Property is older. Location is excellent no car or golf cart needed. Sink did not drain they tried to fix it and offered another room but we choose to say. Night club is loud and their customers can easily access the hotel hallways so not very safe

The Riot House

The Hotel is pretty much a dorm, with it being attached directly to Level 2, the only true “nightclub” in Town. The rooms are much closer to a roadside motel than a city Hotel. But look, come to Put In Bay for the party and not the hotel stay. The hotel is right dab in the middle of the party so we expected lots of noise and shenanigans. There were a few arrests right outside of our first floor window and a few fights after hours when people just couldn’t handle their alcohol. But you’re a short walk to everything on the island. Check in was quick. Rooms were clean enough.

The room was clean but the entire hotel has a musty mildew smell. Also, drunk men in the hallways harassing you anytime you step out of your room. But that can happen anywhere. When you go to the pool there’s no towels, so you have to bring them from your own room which is annoying. But, it is a cool pool area and the location is great for walking to pretty much anywhere. I love that Level 2 is attached, it made going out in the evening really easy.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room could use some updates. Water pressure was superb, but the curtain kept clinging to me. Very aggravating. Also, the in room coffee was terrible. The packaged creamer was crunchy. The room was sufficient for a 2 night stay and in a great location, but probably would not stay there again. A large group of young people were congregated directly outside of our window on the second night around 2:45 am. Our room was along an alley. I understand full well that Put-in-Bay is known for its party atmosphere, just would not choose to stay on the ground floor of this hotel in the future. Again, the staff was great as well as the location, but I will stay elsewhere on my next trip to Put-in-Bay.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the soft bed but that is my preference. The air conditioning was supurb. Splash is so much fun. I didnt make it upstairs to the niteclub, maybe next time. The location is the best, literally in the middle of everything! I will stay here again.

My room did not come with a fridge. $900 some dollars for my stay over 3 nights and no fridge in the room. There was a spot for a fridge but it was empty. Asked the hotel staff about and and said they had 3 fridges in the property got done renovating and had to ask for one?? And just got done renovating but it didn’t look nice at all. There were dry wall patches and everything on the ceiling and walls. Also the beds were terrible not comfortable at all. If going to put in bay definitely don’t stay here.
