well let’s see all the employees are not friendly at all the cops were there daily with people fist fighting in lobby noon there wears uniforms i had two dogs that are service animals and they told me my dogs stunk but there was a room that had a cat who was spraying all over and the hall stunk horribly of cat urine i took shower and walked from bathroom to bed and my feet were black from the floors being filthy there was no pool nor breakfast like advertised and when a customer came in and was upset about that he was cussed out right in front of me this place leaves a lot to be desired and i paid almost 409 for four days for her to tell me afterwards they do a weekly rate of 342 and to top it all off because i was local i had to pay a 50 dollar cash deposit because they said locals ruin things and steal stuff from room i would never recommend not stay at this hotel ever again and the parking lot was full of trash needles and tourniquets that my husband personally cleaned up so my dogs didn’t get hurt on any of this

The hot tub has tiles missing on it. Where you sit an I cut my leg on it! Staff was super apologetic and gave me stuff to clean it and bandaid. Place definitely needs up dating but room was clean and great for the price

It was filthy. Hair everywhere and lots of updates needed. The hair dryer smoked, the phone was broken and the toilet didn’t work well. The whole experience was bad. We left with a refund and a rash. No exaggeration.

It's a nice homey hotel!! It is great when traveling with the kids, the pool is a good size, and they do offer a hot tub!! They have a candy/snack vending machine and a drink vending machine, so that is convenient!! The staff is really nice and helpful!!

Front desk lady was rude as can be! So lets begin get to room remote dont work ask for new batteries still dont work.Then go take showers no soaps at all thankfully i braught my own room was not clean like they just clean what they had to to get by ew .Then to top it off get woke up at 440 in the morning cause there was 2 black bugs crawling on my kid so yah just terrible.Also pool was out so was hot ub they should have had that advertised on the app that it was down become we would have never chose them

Train track right next to my window and they went by all night made the whole room shake. Soon as I walked in note on pool door, pool and hot tub have no heat, that is the reason I picked this hotel. No problem with the room it was clean bathroom was nice and everything worked.

From the time I walked in the door, the staff was friendly and courteous and professional, and highly attentive to my every need. The room was clean, and most importantly it was quiet. Overall, it was a top-notch experience, especially given the price which was more than reasonable. I would go back to this motel again, and I would recommend it to any friend or family member.

The hot tub was hot enough but having three rooms and never told until I had booked the rooms and checked in that we were not going to be able to swim in the pool because the pool was not heated.. it was a very huge disappointment to the kids.. it was freezing COLD like literally Ice COLD!! I would not recommend staying there at all.. Front Desk was not really professional either! Not a hot breakfast should have said continental/ grab and go breakfast.. Cold Cereal, bagels, yogurts , juice and coffee really not much of a Breakfast! No protein just lots of Carbs and sugar!

Room was clean. Heat worked well. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was your typical budget hotel cold breakfast. TV didn’t work, said it couldn’t connect to any internet. I did not contact anyone to fix it though as I just needed to get to sleep quickly. I did get double charged but they fixed it. I booked through Expedia and there was a charge for the correct amount ($53.46) on my card. After checking in, there was a Days Inn charge that showed up separately ($45.66). They don’t have an incidental charge and no one made me aware of any other charges that would be added. I called them and the front desk staff had to reach out to the owner because she didn’t know what it was/how to fix it. The owner took the charge off right away. So my suggestion is just to make sure your check your transactions after your stay to make sure your charged accordingly. Otherwise, the stay was good. I would definitely use the hotel again.

The low stars are for the hotel itself. The owner needs to pay attention to detail and have the electronic locks checked. Every night except the last night we had to have the key cards constantly reprogrammed as we couldn't get in the room. One morning we got up a bit late. Went to the breakfast area at 955. Yes it's 5 minutes till they stop but everything was removed. I wasn't exactly mad but wasn't happy either. That is only worth half a star. The pool was very cold as the staff informed us that the heater needed repairs and was waiting on parts. It did look beautiful and clean. The hot tub was usable ave was great. Needed a bit updated but worked none the less... the staff was great. The front desk people were helpful and the last cleaning the rooms was always around. Nathan was extremely helpful and informative more polite then most hotel staff in Florida. We do travel a lot so hotels are something we pay close attention to. If the owner did a bit more updating and maintaining it a bit more this would be an excellent budget hotel is stay at every time I came back to home!!!
