Clean. Convenient. Terrible breakfast.

The staff was great. Heather is a rockstar and deserves a raise! The room was clean. The continental breakfast needs and complete overhaul. It was 2/10 compared to others Ive been to. Food was cold, options were extremely limited. Breakfast potatoes were actually half cooked tater tots. Terrible.

Some areas could use a good cleaning,but overall it was clean. Security issue. The doors had tape over the locking latch. Anyone could walk in at any time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would consider staying there again should I be traveling to the area.

Dirtiest hotel in which I have ever stayed

Hotel was extremely dirty -hair everywhere, floors not vacuumed, boogers on bathroom and shower walls, dried urine on toilet seat, stains on headboard,etc. Do yourself a favor and sort reviews by 'most recent' to skip all of the obviously fake 10 star reviews. There is absolutely no way that ANYONE would rate this place 10 out of 10.

Our hotel room was very nasty there was blo*d on sheets, what i think is dirt maybe bugs on bed under the sheets, stains everywhere on bed, blo*d stains on bed, stains on towels, walls were nasty, strange white stuff on the chair, open broken outlets, bathroom was gross didn’t even look like it was cleaned.

Terrible.

Comforters were dirty. Dog food was in the corners. We had to clean our own showers as well and purchase our own towels. The pool was so dirty we had to clean it on our own before we decided to not get in it. We were told they clean it once a week. Breakfast was disgusting.

Garbage dump.

Room smelled terrible. Like mold and mildew. Really bad. When asked for another room he said he was going to bring an air ionizer up. Went to brush me teeth and faucet almost fell off safety lock on the door was , and tub plug wouldn’t stay up and it kept filling with water (weird that the tub was full of water). Demanded a new room and got. But I shouldn’t have had to do that.

Our room was not ready until 9:45 pm. The toilet and bathroom walls, floors, tabletops and backs of doors were not clean and the room was in serious need of a deep cleaning. I was very glad to have clean linens and bedding. The overall condition of the room was nice, just needed a good cleaning. Maybe they were short staffed. Seems to be the trend these days.

We stayed with our family for the 4th of July weekend. I have a baby and an 11 year old. At firat glance, the hotel seems shanby but clean, and the staff were friendly and easy to work with. The issue came when we went to get ready for bed after a very long day. There were used contacts on the floor by the vanity (not ours), crumbs on the sheets of one bed and blood on the sheets of the other. The front desk clerk was kind, apologetic, and brought us new bedding immediately, but couldn't move us to a new room because they were fully booked. Even with changing the bedding, it have me the ick. The only reason we didn't check out is because there were no other availabilities in the area (holiday weekend) and my babies were exhausted. I definitely would not rebook here.

Unsanitary and uninhabitable!

This experience at this hotel was disgusting and completely unsanitary. First off, I checked after waiting in an empty lobby for 30 mins, then after I checked was verbally made aware that the elevator doesn’t work, we were put on the third floor. Then after I walked past cob webs in every corner of the stairs and past holes in the drywall, we made it to our room. The room was gross the first thing I saw was a huge white stain on the couch, so we started looking around and found SO much hair in the bed, dirt specks, what could have been a spot of blood, urine on the toilet seat, hair in both sinks and the bath tub, as well as built up dust and grime in every corner of the tub. There was spilled beer that was sticky on top of the TV cabinet with multiple rings where someone set cans. There were very thick cob webs in the corner, so visible they show up on camera! This whole experience made my skin crawl to the point we just had to leave. Asking for a clean room wasn’t an option, as it was already after 8pm and that was provided as a “clean and ready” room.

There was a dime sized blood spot on the white comforter. There were several patched areas on the walls and ceiling not blended. Looked like no one had dusted the tables in a while. Cracked areas all over ceiling. When we pulled the sheets back to check for bed bugs the mattress was all torn up. There was white dog hair on the blue sofa. We made the best of the night and stayed. Just wanted to share for future persons thinking about booking a stay.

Before reservations were made we called to be sure everything worked. It was reported it did however upon check-in we find out it didn't work. Also I requested a wheelchair accessible shower room and found my room wasnt only not a wheelchair accessible shower room but thanks to a door stop in the floor it was barely accessible for my wheelchair. There was no housekeeping and charges for everything. We were required to turn in our dirty towels to receive clean ones and even then we also requested the sheets changed in my daughter room because of my granddaughter spilled pizza sauce on it and we were told we'll see what we can do then all they did was make the bed without changing the sheets. When my son went to turn our towels for clean ones he was asked why we needed new towels. All of these were done by the same guy on the daytime desk. The only very bright side was the extremely nice lady who ran the night shift she was also the only reason for the other bright spot in our stay which was they actually had a nice hot breakfast that her n her aunt cooked each day which was excellent. For me as a early riser as I went out for a smoke at 4am she allowed me to get coffee as they didn't have coffee full time availability. Also on the last night there once again at my 4am trek I come to find my lighter wasn't working and she went out and found me a lighter and again gave me fresh coffee. She truly was the only bright spot in our stay here.

When we checked in after we had paid, we were told there was no house keeping to ask if we needed things. They had us read the paper. Then, the elevator broke that night, so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. The front desk person was rude to my husband. The room was clean and nice. Don't think we will stay there again.
