The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - definitely make the hotel stay worth it. The pool is small but very clean. Rooms are average, breakfast is what you'd expect. But again, the staff is just excellent.

Best Western was amazing! Super clean. We stayed.in Room 210 and had a great.view of Lake Erie! The room was spotless with 2 chairs with ottomans,a dinette with chairs. Highly recommend!

Really clean. Staff very friendly. Able to bring our senior dog, and stay on ground floor as I'm disabled. Only complaint I have are the pillows- gave me a stiff neck along with a hard mattress. Slept well most of the time , although my sister couldn't get comfortable and sleep more than a couple hours a night. Will stay again though when we go birding nearby.

From the beginning all of the staff members were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean. They provided us with plenty of towels which is a plus for me because a lot of places I feel like you never have enough. It’s right across the road from the lake. There’s a park within walking distance from the hotel that was so nice.

My husband have come to Port Clinton every year since 2021. We usually have stayed here except for last year. Nice older property with good views of the lake across the street if you get a front facing room. Spacious rooms, but could use some updates with the furniture especially the mattresses! I like firm but the mattress was too hard and can feel the springs in some spots. Breakfast was fair with ok choices.
