The stay at America Value was good. I slept great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I went to Sand Point to take advantage of the area and see family. I wanted a place that had clean rooms with good beds and convenient to walk to town. I was pleased with the location and the rooms.

First Sandpoint stay❣️

Beds r comfortable, rooms were clean, friendly and helpful staff. Very well kept. They were lacking a place to charge phones and no breakfast. Office had vending machine and they have an ice machine. For a quick over nite stay all was good!

Great value

Although it was clearly an older model that hasn’t had a facelift in a while, we felt the value was excellent. It was much better priced than all the other hotels in town, and for the price we were very happy. Rooms were outdated but clean, service was friendly, hot water was plentiful.

Hotel is older, the room was clean. Lots of parking. Staff very helpful. Road construction on the road in front propery was a little inconvenient but doable. Overall location to Sandpoint downtown and event we were attending was a plus.

Fine for what we needed

Dynamic Hotel in Sandpoint is okay for a 1 or 2 night stay. It’s the only affordable hotel close to city happenings during the peak season. Some rooms are kind of strange. Ours didn’t have windows. Over all it’s clean and accommodating. Friendly staff.
