Amazing place to stay. Lovely people and the breakfast was incredible. Could glimpse the sea from the window too. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The property was pretty central, walking distance to eateries and shops, good parking. Stuart was very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was your choice, plentiful, freshly cooked and my room was spotless, cosy bed and hot shower. I liked it a lot.

Brilliant value for money

For this price, the hotel is fantastic. Great service, lovely breakfast, very clean and free wifi. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly stay again.

Owners were fab! I had an issue whilst there due to being on call with work and had to change dates last minute. They were super helpful! Lovely place and super, super clean!! Room was huge too, Will definitely be back.

An amazing place to stay in Isle of White. Great hospitality by Stuart and Angella. They are always there to help. The overall place has a very homely wibe to it. The included breakfast is a delight and is served with a lot of love and affection. The in house pets Winston and Mable(dogs) and Spark(cat) are a great company on a unwinding vacation. The rooms are lovely and appropriately sized. The location is very near to Sandown railway station and Sandown high street. Quite a few nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner options. Overall a great value for money option.

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying at Fernside and yet again we had a fantastic time! We were in the smaller family room this time but it was still plenty of space for me and my two children. The only downside is the WiFi is too weak to connect iPads / kindle for when they just want to chill but other than that it was spotless and comfy! The breakfast as always was excellent and my kids love the different choices they can have each day (so do I!!). The highlight for my two as always was Winston & Mabel. Such lovely dogs and Stuart & Angela are just fantastic! Looking forward to coming back in Aug 2022!

The Fernside review

Stuart (Owner) was really friendly and helpful. Great host, accommodating and cooked us delicious breakfast every morning. Room was tidy and clean. Location of the B&B was good to access Sandown beach B&B reasonably priced. I would strongly recommend
