“Room was lovely with nice touches, sweet treat, water and fresh milk. The bed was really comfortable and the outside sitting area was perfect. Breakfast was excellent and we would return if in the area. Thank you Lee!”

“The room had poo on the wall and could do with a good pains and clean the sink was all dirty the room was small the bathroom was a cupboard size could barely move no staff all night there a hour away so if there was an emergency, they won’t be there on time But breakfast was lovely that it”

“The food was very good (ham was delicious!) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub had a nice friendly feel, too. Plenty of on site parking and it felt clean. The only minor quibble was the tv screen in our room was abs tiny (small). Overall, was good value.”

“Basic but comfortable, local enough to the promenade. Could do with a fan in the room or even air con ( in the summer I would pay more for air con) would have had brekkie but it's starts a bit late for us as we had an early start. Nice enough for an overnight stay.”
