Quiet location 10 minutes from airport. We arrived after midnight as our plane was in late, but not an issue as there is a lock box for the keys. Be aware there are no shops nearby or breakfast options - bring something or drive back to the Keflavik bakery for breakfast.

it was such a unique stay and felt so cozy. there is not to much to do in the area, so you should definietly arrive with a car. the bathrooms are in the main building where also the kitchen is. they had a great system for groceries - one fridge for everyone may take and one to place your things with nobody taking it.

We loved how quaint, modern and cozy the cottage was and quiet as well. The kitchen building had everything to prepare our early breakfast. Wonderful place. Highly recommend!
