Great location in the heart of Sandefjord. Comfortable but small room without AC. The best part was the fantastic breakfast, great way to start each day!

Christmas market trip

This was a last minute change of hotel. The room was lovely and spacious. The bed and sofa were all really comfortable. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly, the lady on reception on departure helped us to call a taxi using the tablet.

Not that nice room

The rooms are not that well maintained. We were in a building next to the main building, our room was directly facing the parking slots, it was noisy and we didn't had any privacy. Breakfast was great and the guy at the reception the second day was very nice and helped us to get a cab to the airport

The hotel was reasonably nice. My only real issue was that the room was quite different to the images on the weblisting. I had a window that opened out to a small ally way full of bins and airconditioner condensers, so even with the closed, double glazed window, it was noisy. The room was really hot with no visible airconditioning or ability to cool the room, so with the window open, it stank of skip bins. There was no laundary service, and after living on an island for 10 days, I really needed to do some washing... but the only option I could find was the dry cleaner down the street who charged me 135 Krone per KG to wash some clothes that came back as if they'd just been rinsed. Look, I loved the city, great place, loved the Fjord... but the hotel was a bit lack lustre.

Hyggeligt ophold

Centralt beliggende. God atmosfære. Fin morgenmadsbuffet. Venlig betjening. Dobbeltværelse meget småt, og sengen var lille til to personer og ikke en reel dobbeltseng. Vil anbefale andre at bestille deluxe værelse. Værelse varmt, dog var der en vifte.

Flotte, romslige rom med pent oppussede og romslige bad. Rent og pent. Fantastisk innbydende frokost!! Variert og godt utvalg man ofte ikke finner andre steder. Trivelig uteplass til frokost/middag. Pene og gode sittegrupper i lobby.

Sjarmerende - gammelt men moderne

Sjarmerende hotell, velholdt og gjennomført. Gode senger, vifte god å ha da det var svært varmt. Hyggelig personale, hjelpsom i forhold til parkering og da vi ville bytte rom. Veldig god frokost. Fint uteområde og god dessert som avslutning på en fin dag i Sandefjord.
