Vacations Close To Sandcastle Water Park

Great location

They do not service the rooms daily; the in-room telephone didn't reach the front desk: phone rang and rang and rang. It is old building that's clearly a liability, with failing elevators, and paper thin walls so you can hear the phone conversations of neighbors on either side.

The staff at the front desk weren’t very personable. There was a water problem and updates were not given. Even though it was 4:00 they weren’t letting people into their rooms. When we were finally allowed into our rooms they didn’t add any additional front desk help. Just one person checking in a long line. We traveled with another couple and asked to be on the same floor. They did not honor this request. Daniel in the bar was very helpful with dining recommendations. The people working the valet were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean! They have a great rooftop area that looks to the river but the bar wasn’t open. It was right off the freeway and easy access around town.

Love staying at this hotel. Easy parking and convenience of location. They are doing some renovations which of course is always a little messy but can’t wait to see it when those are completed.
