“The breakfast, staff and downstairs communal areas were very good. However, bearing in mind the price for overnight stays we found the room and room facilities were far below average for this class/cost of hotel. The room had a harbour view which was excellent but this said the actual room and facilities felt very 'tired', in need of an update and lacking certain facilities that other hotels in this price range would normally have. All Staff are so friendly and very nice..breakfast was delicious and a good variety I could literally touch the sand from my deck..so beautiful and amazing stay Next time all I want more is a small fridge and safe box the view was fantastic watch the tide and walk on the powder soft sand”

“We have stayed here before & loved this place. This time we were disappointed this with the room allocated room 012. It was small with a sloping ceiling and an uncomfortable bed... more suited for single occupancy. We didn't ask to be moved but in hindsight should have given Knoll House the opportunity to relocate us. We would stay again but insist on a room worthy of the £200 spend.”
