“The room was good, people were courteous, good checkin and checkout experimces.
Amenities fell short of expectation.
Bathroom had no hand towel. Also there was no body lotion in the bathroom.
The biggest problem I had is with the restaurant. Despite having the below on the website, the restaurant didn't serve any non veg food (no egg in the breakfast). The food were oily food. They had a coffee machine, but it was broken and I couldn't get my morning cappuccino.

“No tea bags at all even on request, needed to request again and again for towels after cleaning the room. No multiplugs provided on request. Bought multiplug saperatly myself. Very poor experience.”
