We loved it! Stand alone bathtub was nice. Room was modern and clean. The location is super convenient to walk to everything around. Pros: nice amenities, clean rooms, location Cons: long line at check-in

Kitchen is very nice

The pluses: The lady at the check-in desk was absolutely fantastic. I wish I got her name to give her proper recognition. Pool was great and so were poolside staff. Room was clean. Starbucks coffee available at Viva cafe. The minuses: They try to upsell you to buy a timeshare as soon as you’re checked in. “Free breakfast and comps”. Canceling the presentation was easy, at least. 3 contacts required to get missing TV remote. Barry Manilow concert cut in half due to “computer problems”. Concert was the reason we travelled there in the first place. Room smelled like smoke on and off. Maybe from the room next to us smoking illegally. I should’ve complained but I didn’t.
