Had a lovely time, helpful and friendly staff, and they gave me an upgrade! Close to the station so convenient if you're travelling by train.

Very clean property, with helpful staff. It’s not a full hotel. Doesn’t have restaurant or room service. Walking distance to Rialto bridge & St. Marco Plaza.

Amazing breakfast!! Great location near the Zattere vaporetto stop.Easy to get to from the Tronchetto parking lot. Very welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. Walkable to St. Marks. It’s our second stay in two years and we will definitely be back!!

Breakfast was good & reasonably priced. There are a few places in the neighborhood to grab breakfast but none right by the hotel. We were there in Europe’s worst heatwave & the A/C was excellent.

The staff were amazing! They went over and above with service. We couldn’t have been more pleased. We would stay there again. Absolutely wonderful property and service!

This is one of the best hotel that I stayed in Europe. The service was amazing and the food was extraordinary, particularly the one in the Glam Restaurant…,simply outstanding.
