Nicely hostel

It was a students hostel but nice and quite rooms were basic but nicely layed out reception were very friendly and hlepful

The property is cost-effective, neat and has good facilities including swimming pool. The room I stayed also has good kitchen facilities but I didn't use it. Just opposite and beside the hotel is good shopping centre with different brand stores and several restaurants to choose from. There are public transports to connect to other locations right in front of the hotel as well. Staff are very supportive.

This was an excellent experience. The place is clean, and the staff is very helpful. The only problem is that it is a bit far from the downtown area. However, there are buses and a tram nearby to get you there.

Customer service wasn't so good but got things done anyways. They gave me a room where there wasn't clean towels or WC paper and the trash bin was full of trashes not to mention that the sheets were already used. Wasn't a good experience at all. The only good thing was the price.

The air conditioning in the room is programmed from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., during daylight hours you are not in the room (you are at university or working or just visiting the city) and the problem is on the very hot nights of July that there is no Possibility of connecting the air conditioning and you cannot sleep because of the heat.

El lugar le hace justicia al nombre. Son residencias para universitarios. Habia mucha gente gritando en el area de la recepcion. La bañera estaba sucia, el lavamanos estaba tapado, nunca logré descifrar si un ruido muy fuerte que se escuchaba en la noche eran tuberias de agua o el a/c. Todos los ruidos se escuchan en la habitacion. Cuando fuí a hacer check out no habia nadie, habia una nota que decia que dejaras la llave de la habitacion en el mostrador. Si buscas tranquilidad y un lugar limpio, no lo recomiendo.

Problemas de mantenimiento inaceptables

Durante la primera noche, me quejé del zumbido proveniente de la habitación vecina. "No podemos hacer nada" dijo el recepcionista. El segundo día a las 11:00 avisé de que el inodoro no tenía agua. A las 16:00 todavia no estaba solucionado. Tuve que insistir una vez más. Al final se solucionó a las 16:30. Esos problemas de mantenimiento no son aceptables en un hotel en el que se paga 70 euros por noche.
