“Everything was beautiful!! We stayed for only one night but I wish I knew how lovely it would be and would have booked another night. ”

“Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La stanza era ampia, confortevole e molto pulita. Tanti piccoli accorgimenti molto utili per chi soggiorna. La colazione semplice ma genuina e abbondante: ottima la crostata fatta in casa! L'ultimo tratto per raggiungere il casale è una strada sterrata che però è in ottime condizioni e quindi non presenta nessuna difficoltà anche con auto normali. Posto molto consigliato!!”

“La llegada, a las 17,00 mala. No había nadie, solo una persona al teléfono que nos condujo a la habitación que no estaba mal. Desayunó bastante bien. A 15 minutos de Orvieto!”

“The owners are lovely and the location is so close to Bolsena it's a stones throw. The owners were very kind and actually I will miss Bolsena and this place.”

“I've stayed here quite a few times, so that speaks for itself. The pool is the big asset plus the views across the valley. It's a bit of a trek up to Assisi itself - about 15 minutes up hill on a road with traffic. If you don't have a car, you need to plan carefully. You can get drinks and basic lunch at the house. It is rustic and that will either frustrate you slightly or charm you. Good price, idyllic setting - I just wish there was a bus or shuttle going up to the town. Very friendly new...

“Viaje con mis padres, 19 y 20 de septiembre 2018. Llegamos y no tenían la reservación anotada nos E si será por un problema del hotel o de la aplicación pero yo la tenía en mi sesión y se pudo solucionar. El lugar es soñado la verdad una vista inmejorable de Asís y del campo. Todo muy hermoso con sillones afuera y habitaciones con vista. Cercano a Santa maria degli angeli y a asis. Ss puede ver tanto asis como la catedral de Santa maria degliangeli de las habitaciones como del espacio...

“Lovely room which was clean and a lovely bathroom and shower. Family run property. Obvious that the whole family did their best to make our stay as lovely as possible. Alicia was delightful and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Too much sweet items for our taste but very beautifully displayed. Didnt use the small spa area, but would suggest the outside area of the spa be given some attention. Needed some tidying up and maintenance, but it was the end of the season, so may already be part...

“Beautiful, seculded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good. Rooms are large and relatively sparse with minimal amenities, and beware there is no A/C. Breakfast was simple. They produce award winning olive oil available for purchase.”

“Posto delizioso a 2 passi dal centro dove ci si può rilassare all'ombra degli alberi o facendo un tuffo in piscina. La signora Paola gentilissima e disponibilissima ci ha viziato a colazione con dolci fatti in casa semplicemente deliziosi... attendiamo ancora la ricetta😉! Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere il signor Daniele, ma confidiamo di farlo alla prossima occasione. Posto consigliatissimo!”
