“Had a fantastic stay at Rocca dei Saraceni. The place was so beautiful and cosy. The staff was super friendly, in a sincere and personal way. We had the tasting menu for dinner and it was all so delicious, as was the breakfast.”

“Quartos EXELENTES , novos , modernos , banheiros limpos modernos, lugar em cima da montanha, n tem nada perto , mas o hotel é no meio da natureza, estacionamento incluso , e equipe de funcionários muito educados ”

“This was a beautiful and peaceful hotel with the most amazing view of Mt Etna. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to assist us in all our needs. We had all our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant, and they were excellent. We only wish the pool had longer opening hours, as we were not able to use it while we were out touring during the day.”

“Modern incredible views, night open air patio dinner seeing lights of etna and valley breathtaking Staff went out of their way to accommodate us”

“Hemos estado muy a gusto, lo único malo quizás, la falta de aire acondicionado. Por lo demás, sin queja ; )”

“VeLinda and Antonio were great hosts. We were late getting to the house and VeLinda had a cake ready for us. We were given good insite as to what there was to do that was local. This is off the beaten path, in a nice quiet location.”
